The staffed gave fresh towels and toiletries every day even if i didn't request any clean up service. The onsen was NICE and a perfect way to end a busy day. The Breakfast options was great, a choice of japanese or western.
The room seemed to have been designed by someone without any luggage. The rooms were VERY small and dark. The exterior is very contemporary kyotoesque but the interior IS like wandering around a dark dreary cave.
